Keeping Hakka Heritage Alive

Aunty Siam is where Hakka heritage meets heart and hustle. For over 10 years, our mother-and-son duo has been cooking up nostalgic flavors from our home kitchen — from savory abacus seeds to melt-in-your-mouth pineapple tarts. Every bite is a story, passed down through generations.

Now, we're going online and stepping out — from CNY bakes to Gastrobeats booths.

Our mission? To keep Hakka traditions alive in today’s fast world, one lovingly made dish at a time.

The Hakka Culture

Hakka culture encompasses the traditions, values, and practices of the Hakka people, a Han Chinese subgroup known for their resilience and adaptability. It's characterized by a strong sense of community, a unique language (Hakka Chinese), and diverse cultural expressions such as music, art, and cuisine. Hakka culture also reflects their historical experiences, including migrations, interactions with other cultures, and the development of unique customs.
